China Earthquake Administration

Network for monitoring crustal movement in China,  mainly organized by CEA, is based on the Global Positioning System (GPS), and is supplemented with VLBI (Very Long Baseline Interferometer), SLR (Satellite Laser Ranging), and precise gravity and leveling measurements. The network consists of four parts: fiducial network, basic network, regional network, and the data management system. The project started in 1996 and finished in 2000.
